Qualidigm is governed by a Board of Directors that includes representatives of key health care stakeholders: consumers, providers from all levels of care (hospitals, nursing homes, home care, physician practices), business and payers.  The interests of each of these constituencies have a direct relationship to supporting the Qualidigm mission…transforming the quality, safety, and value of healthcare by leading, collaborating, and aligning improvement efforts.

Qualidigm’s Board of Directors, consists of fifteen (15) sitting Directors, each appointed for a three (3) year term with the option of remaining for one (1) additional three (3) year term. No Director is permitted to serve more than two (2) consecutive three (3) year terms; but any Director who has served two (2) consecutive three (3) year terms shall be eligible to serve again as a Director after incurring a one (1) year break in Board service.  At each annual meeting of the Directors, candidates to fill the roles of those outgoing Directors shall be elected for terms of three (3) years. Approximately 33% of the governing body is elected at the annual meeting each year. Director positions are strictly voluntary and Directors receive no compensation for their service.
