I was an intern on the Long Term Care Team, where I worked on the Antibiotic Stewardship
Project. My favorite part about interning at Qualidigm was that it felt like home. I immediately
felt comfortable and everyone was so friendly. Being able to work with people who care
about others while completing meaningful work is really all you can ask for!
D'Ante Forschino, Business Analyst and former Intern
I enjoyed the intern weekly updates and the learning sessions. I learned how to enhance
my resume and interviewing skills while also learning how to improve my credit score and
create a financially stable platform. These are tools that I would have never learned in the
classroom. Through this internship I really learned about myself and how I can move
forward in my career.
Kelsey Bombon, Intern Summer 2018
I was able to utilize what I've learned in class through various projects. One such project
involved writing scripts to search for folders on a specific drive and relocate it renamed
with the previous location. I was able automate a task using a recursive structure, a
technique I learned sophomore year in college. It was good to see the things
that I have learned in class showing up in real
Geovanni Roberts, Intern Summer 2018
My favorite part about interning at Qualidigm was the culture. I have been a part of a team
my whole life and when I came to Qualidigm’s Summer Intern Day Event, I saw my first
glimpse of the team-based approach here at Qualidigm. In healthcare, we do not work
in silos and at Qualidigm, everyone works together to accomplish their tasks.
Andrea Polanco, Intern Summer 2018
My favorite project was building an interactive database for a set of our
NCQA recognized practices that will be utilized by our Home Health team
in the future. It feels great to be able to apply what I learned in school to my
internship and I look forward to sharing what I learned with my MBA classes
in the fall.
Alec Amereno, Intern Summer 2019
Interning with Consulting Services was an invaluable opportunity to have because
of the kind, inviting staff and access to a variety of projects rooted in community and
patient advocacy. It was amazing to interact with various stakeholders and observe
how they inclusively collaborate to make real time changes to our healthcare system
at both the national and state level. My most memorable experiences included attending
conferences and hospital-community meetings for Sepsis Awareness.
